Croisette Consulting GmbH, an independent, individually-owned company, based in Zürich Switzerland, offers a complete range of personal, tailor-made, professionally executed relocation services to both corporate clients and private individuals in Zürich and the German part of Switzerland. 01 PREVIEW
TRIP

An early orientation at a new place of residence can facilitate the search for a new home considerably. I offer personalized tours through the city (and/or country) depending on your requirements so you can familiarize yourself with your new home to be.

Pre-arrival needs analysis/support
Pick-up service: collection from and return to hotel, serviced apartment or office
Accompanied tour of the selected region
Overview of residential areas and community facilities
Follow up email consultation to address outstanding queries or issues arising from the visit

02 HOME
SEARCH

Finding a new home in an unfamiliar country or city where you don’t speak the language can be challenging and very time consuming. I assist you finding the perfect property for you and your family and will arrange viewing appointments and accompany you. I will set up the application documentation, negotiate and explain the rent contract, and finally assist with the handover.

Pre-arrival needs analysis/support – Pre-selection of housing possibilities and scheduling of viewings
Provision of a list of selected properties, along with details and location
Pick up service and accompanied viewing of selected properties
Assistance with lease application and contract, deposit payment and liability insurance
Assistance with property handover, including detailed protocol assistance
Assistance with utility connections where required

03 SETTLING
IN

I will provide professional assistance for registering you and your family in Switzerland, arrange an independent insurance consultant (health, liability, etc.), accompany you for the opening of a bank account, exchange your driver’s license, organize TV/Internet/ phone, explain recycling schemes and much more.

Set-up of locally-required registrations/documents for transferee and family – registration at the city hall will be accompanied
Assistance to open a bank account
Assistance in obtaining a local drivers’ license, including eye test requested by Swiss law – Referral to insurance brokers and tax advisors
Introduction to public transport – Visit to shopping centers, food markets, post office
Identification of options for doctor, dentist, pediatrician – Overview of leisure and hobby facilities

04 SCHOOL
SEARCH

Finding the right school for your children is crucial to the happiness of the whole family in their new environment. I will assist you in finding suitable international or local schools for your children and help you understand the Swiss schooling system. I will make appointments with school officials and visit schools of interest with you.
